Sixteen original paintings by Bono are up for auction at Christie's in New York - and you can bid by fax !

The paintings by Bono - assisted by his daughters, Jordan and Eve - illustrate the new Peter & The Wolf book and CD, published by the Irish Hospice Foundation, an interpretation of Prokofiev's masterpiece which features the musical talents of Gavin Friday and the Friday-Seezer Ensemble.
See our earlier stories here and here.

Tomorrow, Friday, the paintings are on view at Christie's in New York, Rockefeller Plaza and they will be auctioned after the viewing. And if you are not in New York tomorrow but fancy an original Bono to hang above the mantelpiece, you can fax your bid through to Christie's - just download the form here and fax your bid to Christie's at +212 292 5461

All funds benefit the international hospice movement and of course the book and CD remain available in a boxed set which you can buy online here at www.peterwolf.org.
