A - The Account Info page displays what group you are in. Group 1 is comprised of members from Horizon, Breathe. Boots and Magnificent levels. Group 2 is members with Cedars level. However, the recent presales including for Moncton, have all groups starting at the same time.

Q - What is an Internet presale?
A - An Internet presale is an advance window to access tickets prior to the general public sale of the tickets.

Q - How do I gain access to the U2.com presale?
A - To gain access to the U2.com presale you will need your unique and personal Presale Access code that has been allocated to you as an eligible current Subscriber of U2.com. You will be notified of how and when to access the presale ticketing pages via email. The presale ticketing pages FOR EACH CONCERT will also be available via the Presale page of U2.com once the presale for that concert has started.

Q - Where is my presale access code?
A - All current paid-up eligible Subscribers to U2.com will be emailed (at the address they registered on the site with) details on how the presale works, including the unique presale access code they will need to use to take part. Eligible Subscribers will also be able to see this unique code on the Presale page when they log into U2.com.

Q - Do I have to buy my U2 presale tickets in a specific timeframe?
A - Yes, presale codes only work during designated presale times. Once a presale has ended your code will no longer work. Q - How Many Tickets Can I buy in North American/European presales?
A - As a paid-up U2.com Subscriber when a tour is announced and presales begin you are eligible to purchase up to FOUR tickets for any ONE show in Europe in a single transaction OR up to FOUR tickets (in total) against up to four shows in North America including Mexico . (This is because ticketing vending arrangements are different on the two continents. The code can be used ONCE only against up to four tickets at any one show in Europe. The code can be used up to four (4) times against up to a total of four (4) tickets at up to four (4) shows in North America eg. two tickets at one show, two tickets at another or one ticket to one show and three to another). In South America the ticket limit is 4 per show.

Q - I bought less than the four tickets I was qualified to buy in the 2009 presale for a European show. Can I complete that allocation against 2011 North America shows?
A - No. As a U2.com Subscriber eligibility for European shows is to purchase up to FOUR tickets for any ONE show - the allocation cannot be separated over more than one show because ticketing arrangements differ from North America.

Q - As an existing subscriber, if I re-subscribe to U2.com for another 12 months now, I understand I receive a new unique presale ticketing code enabling me to buy up to FOUR tickets for 2011 South America show. I still have part-use of my earlier code, which I can use against any future shows in South America. Can I use these two codes in a new single transaction in presales for 2011 shows ?
A- Separate codes must be used in separate ticket transactions. Unused code from a part-used presale transaction against North American shows, can be used in the South America presale but a new code, following a resubscription, would have to be used in a separate transaction for tickets. Note: if you have subscribed since the announcement of further 360 shows (Saturday 21 Aug 7PM GMT / 2PM CDT) you will NOT get an additional presale code if you now resubscribe again.

Q - If I miss the presale for the show of my choice am I able to use my unique U2.com ticket access code for that show?
A - No. After the presale has ended for a show, any remaining tickets allocated for the presale for that show, will go on sale to the general public. The links to ticket vendors that are selling tickets for the public ticket sale will be available on the tour pages of U2.com. If there are subsequent presales then your unused code will still be eligible to take part in presales for alternative U2 2010 concerts.

Q - How much do the U2.com presale tickets cost?
A - Any tickets purchased during the presale will cost the same as the tickets available during the public sale and any charges made by the local ticket vendors will also be the same. The U2.com presale privilege gives you advanced access to tickets, it does not provide you a discount on ticket prices or charges.
