i'm going to be at both NY shows and Muse will be there. i'm excited cuz i've never heard their music before and hearing them live could possibly turn me into a fan. it happened in 2005 when i saw Keane open for U2 at the Garden.

My wife insisted we go to wembley in order to catch Elbow. Its a shame Bell X1 are only supporting in Ireland as they are really good and deserve greater exposure in the UK

It says a lot about U2 that Muse wants to play their support act, cause to be fair.. Muse is the best live band in the world at the moment (no offence to U2 of course..) I'm a bit annoyed that Snow Patrol is supporting them again in A'dam, seen them to many times, would prefer Glasvegas or Elbow.

I will see Snow Patrol for Boston & Muse for DC, would've loved to see Black Eyed Peas over any of the openers, however, what an awesome line up of openers wherever your show is - SWEET,

Not only did I see them rock the house twice in the past week but they are right decent human beings. I got the chance to talk to James Allan and he had nothing but great things to say about U2. He told me that they were going to be opening shows for Kings of Leon and Oasis but "they're not U2, man. They're not U2" Haha, I would give anything to see Glasvegas and U2 on the same bill. Have fun at Croke you lucky barstards.

Really looking forward to seeing Snow Patrol, one of my favorite bands. Glasvegas would be cool too, but I'm very happy with Snow Patrol for our show.

I'm definetly in this 4 U2, the boys themselves, but I've heard awesome things about Snow Patrol, so I'm gladU2's got a supporting act 4 my hometown with at least 1/100 of their owngreatness ( A BIG COMPLIMENT!!)

It looks like we will have to do our Tonight Show residency another time - we're one man down. Bono has injured his arm in a cycling spill in Central Park and requires some surgery to repair it. We're sure he'll make a full recovery soon, so we'll be back! Much thanks to Jimmy Fallon and everyone at the show for their understanding.
