Woke up to find myself 'on the Bonnie Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond'. No, really I did. We arrive at our hotel under cover of darkness, so it was only as I staggered down the gigantic marble staircase into the lobby that I began to piece together where we were. Lovely really. I took the opportunity of sitting by the Loch for a while in the afternoon, between meetings about the filming of the Slane gig on Saturday and also the MTV awards in New York next week.

My pal Ricky Ross came to the show in the evening which was a really pleasant surprise. The gig was all so short notice I'd quite forgotten he lived here.

Another super intimate show, before we bailed for the Bonnie Banks. Incidentally, in the interests of heath and safety, for the foreseeable future the playing of Bingo has been banned.
