We traveled from Zurich to Vienna this afternoon, arriving in time for a quick soundcheck before doors opened. It was a beautiful sunny day, which saw most of the crew outside on a convenient lawn whenever possible, to escape from the hot, airless building. The venue is not unlike Copenhagen with a low roof and lack of air conditioning, but as ever the audience didn't seem to mind the inconvenience too much.

Back at the hotel there was champagne and cake for a tour birthday. I was tired so didn't linger too long, but somehow still ended up not getting to bed till about 4am. Just seems to be the way it works on tour.
