A world in white created by the Finnish audience tonight and a thumbs up from Bono 'for the people with the white' at the beginning of New Year's Day.

From the intro music of Space Oddity to the closing bars of Rocket Man, once the band had left the stage, the audience in Helsinki created an almighty crescendo tonight.

Great to see North Star back in the set list for the first time since the opening night, the perfect moment to catch breath between 'Still Haven't Found' and 'Glastonbury'.

Some technical hitches with the super-screen at the Olympic Stadium delayed the band's arrival onstage and affected the visuals for some of the songs but nothing could douse the passion of another full house.

'There's so much for the world to learn from you, the way you treat yourselves and the way you treat others in far away places,' Bono reflected. 'You are amongst the most generous people in the world and it's when times are tough you really find out who you are... so allow us to kiss your arse.'

Were you there tonight? Add your own review of the show and upload your photos.

If you weren't there tonight, check out the full set-list and see what the Finns are saying about U2360° in Helsinki - night one.

I, she, he, they and U2
Concerts are a group therapy. Music is not what you listen to, it's what you live with. Thank you Bono, Edge, Adam and Larry for one more happy day in my life.

2 generations
I was there with my youngest son, 2 generations of U2 fans! We were lucky to see them in Gothenburg last year, but we both agreed that this was BETTER! We loved all songs, my personal favorite was Miss Sarajevo - great vocals Bono! and In a little while. Nice to hear new songs, and beast of all; I will be able to be lucky again in Paris, see U

it was good
Some people may think Helsinki 2 was a bit better show but there certainly was something special in the air on Friday. 53 000 pll, but i felt like i was in small club.

U2 was heard in the whole Helsinki
The stage was taller than the stadium, guess Helsinki needs a newer state of the art stadium according to being the best country in the world by Newsweek magazine. The sounds of U2 could be heard clearly through the air of the whole Helsinki downtown. If there were 52,000 people in each show at the Olympic stadium, there were a few more thousands outside on the streets. The finns were so patient, after waiting 13 years, they had to wait 20 more minutes while the staff were fixing the big screen over the stage. Highlight: Bono trying to speak finnish and recognising the doctor that fix his back, and forgetting part of the lyrics of "Until the end of the world". The best track was "Singing in the rain" a capella during the second show. Of course "One", "Where the streets have no name", "City of blinding lights" and "With or without you" have something special, regardless the venue. Not the best U2 show I´ve ever been, but always is a beautiful day a U2 concert day.

U2 ROCKED!
What a great night and MAGNIFICENT show in Helsinki, night 2! The band was on fire and so was everybody in the crowd. Highlights for me were Pride, No Line and Moment of Surrender. And of course the classics - With or Without You, Still Haven't Found and One. Such an amazing gig and an amazing feeling! Thank you 4 guys from Dublin, and welcome back to Finland - hopefully sooner than the last time ;) Finland loves you!!!

Wonderful new song!
Thank you so much for the fantastic show in Helsinki 21 Aug and especially for the wonderful new song! We hope to hear it many more times in the future. Your music also brings us beautiful memories from our youth (80's), honeymoon in Ireland (90's) and from about every single car-drive we do, listening to your music. Our children listened to your show from the granny's balcony, being too young to attend the evening! Thank you, and please come again to play in Helsinki! Hannu & Essi

absolutely fantastic
What a way to spend weekend! Saturday was even better than friday for me. Friday was very emotional and saturday just pure rock and fun! with nice surprises. I am glad they changed the setlist a bit so that those attending twice could hear different songs. The rain on saturday did not lets my section down, it got us more even get up and move. I hope I get to see "Singing in the rain" somewhere which was so cool, the whole audience singing as the band walked off from stage. Superb! Thank you U2 so so so much!! Money well spended =)

Mikä meininki, Helsinki?
Thank you so much for coming to Finland after 13 years...I loved the show yesterday and was quite impressed with Bono's Finnish language skills ;) The only thing missing was Pride! But it doesn't matter, we heard so many other great songs. The Finnish love the Irish too Bono!

360 is back
It was great to see the 360 back again. Somewhat changed but still with all the good energy. Compared to the opening night in BCN the HEL1 was not so huge. But someway stadium felt like a small club and that is why the ballads worked better. I really liked the North Star and once they make it with the whole band it will be amazing. One reason for the more energetic songs not working so well was that for those the sound was rather poor at least at D30 stand. Due that we missed most of U2 like Bono's voice and Edge's guitar and Adam's bass under a bass drum mess. Missing Unknown caller and would have changed some others that make the stadium freeze like Elevation with it.
