I just remember hearing about how great this show was!

Always loved the band since first album and this was first time I got see em live. Kicker was my great girlfriend at the time got us seats second row center - AWESOME! BTW@ I believe opening band was The Alarm.

My fourth U2 gig, and third time onstage. Getting me up there took persistence from the front man, as New Haven security guys were trying to push me back, even as Bono grabbed my hand! Sorry I can't remember the support (Big Country, perhaps?) or much else. My older sister was well-impressed by the fact that I was hand-selected.
