WET BUT AMAZING!!
I think the rain made the concert even more memorable! Great show! Bono seemed to be even more energized with all the rain pouring down. I scanned the stadium from the floor near the end and it was still full. Everyone was soaked and and loving every minute of it!!

Even better in the rain
After 15 years of waiting, U2 far exceeded my expectations. Their music was only topped by their strong messages of peace and justice. They made us look up and see the world around us. U2 perseverance through the rain showed their true strength and character. Thank you for the most amazing concert I ever been to!

Awesome and Mighty
Thanks U2 for delivering an epic show despite the torrential downpour! It was engaging, epic, and awesome! You stuck it out with us in exceedingly tough conditions, that would have caused other bands to cancel or cut the set short! No one else has done such awesome live performances, created a catalog of great music, and been as tough a band live. Thank you! Please come back soon!

U2 Mpls 2011
Purple Rain into Streets was off the charts solid! Wow Bono Edge Larry and Adam, you forged on and played the most unreal performance I have ever seen. I have been to every tour since 1982 and this one topped them all, rain and all. Dallas Shoo-Awesome... you and Edge kept the sound coming out. Adam (Shirtless, in the rain, and RIPPED) Larry powerful as always. And Bono- you made Mpls the END of The Tour Party OFFICIAL at the U of M in Mpls.
1983 Univ of M Northrop Aud - 2011 TCF Bank Stadium. Unreal ride from the time I was 17. My son Ryan (15) was there tonight on the center rail on his 3rd U2 Tour. Looking forward to more boys!

U2MPLS - 24 July, 2011
INCREDIBLE!!!
Amazing Night! The pouring rain made this incredible show even more epic! Bono was at his ultimate best as a frontman and the band - despite a couple glitches with equipment because of the rain - were playing at a fevered pitch! Highlight of the night was Bono singing "Purple Rain" in homage to local icon Prince as the band transitioned into "Where the Streets Have No Name"!!!
It was a night all of us - including the band - will never forget!
Thank you!

Please play Bad
I would love it if you would play Bad this Saturday in Minneapolis. It would be in memory of my husband who passed away a year ago today. Jon was a huge fan of U2 and Bad was his favorite song. We even played it at his funeral. I know he will be there in spirit ...as he would never miss a U2 concert!

Bad
Bad needs to be played as it is the best live U2 song and since this the first true outdoor stadium tour Minneapolis has hosted since the Met Stadium, please play your song that has much meaning to me and my friends. We were lucky to be in Chicago two years ago when you played it opening night at Soldier and its time to bring it back for Minneapolis.
