There's a pretty stunning auction prize going under the hammer in aid of the Rotunda Hospital Christmas Appeal - flights, hotel and best seats for four at U2's final Vertigo Show in Hawaii in December. Online bidding is underway right now. More here.
Friends of the Rotunda is a long-established Irish charity which provides financial help to improve hospital services and research.
For their Christmas fund-raising special this year organised by Kathy Gilfillan, wife of Paul McGuinness - they've lined up 'rock stars, loud music, great food, a yacht on the bay, bright lights, big cities and a spot of legendary sporting action...'
As well as the all-expenses paid stay in Honolulu to see the band, there's also a signed copy of the 'U2 by U2' book up for auction and tickets to see both George Michael and The Killers in Dublin.
The auction bidding continues until this Friday, November 3rd at 6pm.
