Great show! One of my best memories as a young boy. Changed my life!

Fuck Yes!
Best track" Misterious Ways", came up from north of Seattle. Called brother in law who lives in L.A. CA, during song to let him relish in the beauty of that 12-stringed electic maginficence. Taking my , now 8 year old dauther, to the Quest Field show in less than 2 weeks.

My favourite U2 Show
I new it was going to be great, going into the show. This was my favourite U2 show for several reasons. They were particularly emotional that night. The last stop on the 2009 tour. U2 hugged a lot when they could. Talked about how great the tour has been so far. They played with such emotion and such intensity. Even though they had just come from Los Angeles, playing the Rose Bowl, Bono's voice was crisp, clear and strong. A good arrangement of songs. I hadn't heard The Unforgettable Fire or Ultraviolet before live so that was a treat. This was my 7th time seeing U2 and it was about time they returned to stadiums. Even the opening act, The Black Eyed Peas were perfect. I loved the organ on Unknown Caller!!! Last of all, the dance version of I'll Go Crazy was brilliant! U2 are the best and always will be.

First U2 Concert
Traveled all the way from Northern Ontario to see these guys since the Toronto shows were sold out. The BC Place Stadium was huge as well was the stage. The sound wasn't bad as I didn't really care. Most memorable moment was hearing Elevation, and Unforgettable Fire first hand besides hearing live versions online. Can't wait to see them in Minneapolis and Toronto in 2011.

I was waiting for the next go around, but it was not to be in 2010? See you next year for sure! I hope to be in the round, for the next show in 2011?

Fantastic show
Got tickets early through U2.com membership and was stoked when October finally arrived. The only problem was my wife got sick. My 11 year old son was more than happy to take her place (and he knew more of the songs!). A spectacular show and one we'll never forget! Can't wait for the next tour to come around!

Another great performance from U2. The Black Eyed Peas were a clear and utter disappointment.

Summer tour 2010 - Salt Lake
I just got my field tickets for the upcoming Salt Lake City show on June 3rd. After reading everybody's reviews of the show dates in 2009, I am so very excited for the band to make it's way to the Wasatch Front and rock Salt Lake City. I have been a lifelong fan of U2 and have never been to a concert yet...this will be my first and I am stoked. Best band on the planet. I would really like U2 to add "Bullet the Blue Sky" and "New Year's Day" to their set for Salt Lake City, that would be awesome guys. Good luck in 2010 with the 360 Tour!

SOUND LACKED FIDELITY
the sound equipment was very poor lacking the fidelity to bring forth the strong vocals, range in tone was limited to high end failing to produce mid to low vocal ranges.. Very very disappointed....

a bit disappointed
Great show but Vertigo tour show was better. Just a little disappointed. Band seemed a bit tired, not what I expected. Still my favorite band in the world though. Surrender was fantastic and unexpected.

Total Hype
And they lived up to every word of it! U2 are everything that is said and shown about them. The last time I saw them was in 97' on their POP tour. I loved that show and had a lot of time to make up for. So a 6 hour road trip seemed appropriate. Stood in line for another 6 hours and added all up, my wonderful and ever supportive wife and I were on our feet for nearly 12 hours. We were thouroughly exhausted but still had enough energy from the high to walk back to our hotel for a late night dinner. We will see them again in Seattle. We will be on our feet for another 12 hours, enjoying every minute of it and yes, "living like it's the last night on earth"! P.S., has anyone else scrapbooked U2 before? My wife would like to know?

DISSAPOINTED
When I saw U2 on their Vertigo tour, I was blown away with so much energy and could not wait to go see them again. However, this time I was dissapointed. The stage was way to big, and they did not utilize it enough. I also felt dissapointed after spending a huge wack of cash on the Red Zone Backstage Experience Auction and their Red Cause, that the Guys did not do anything personal and special for us, like a meet or an autographed photo or something. Then to top it off, doing the back stage tour messed us out of getting to the front of the stages for the show!

Finally
After being a HUGE fan for the last 26 years, I finally got to experience these 4 awesome guys live. I will never be the same. You are truly Magnificent!!! You are, to me, a gift from God. My favorite moment just might be the second I ran into the stadium and say just how close I was going to be. If anyone remembers a redheaded woman yelling as soon as she entered, that was me. Me, my 2 sons and the oldest son's girlfriend drove 8 hours, walked 11 blocks, waited in the cold rain for 3 hours and still waited another 3 or so hours until they took the stage. And then of course the 11 block walk back to the hotel. Each and every single moment was worth it! Even my sons who weren't fans prior, were blown away. Just thinking about what you guys did for me brings tears to my eyes. I literally have tears while I type this. Thank you guys for what you give of yourselves to humanity and for what you give to me. I will see you in Seattle.
Couldn't Breathe!
Wow. What can I say? That night on October 28th was the best night of my life, and I doubt that could ever change (Well, maybe their next concert...). The Black Eyed Peas were better than I expected, except for the swearing. And when U2 kicked off the show with 'Breathe', I unfortunately still had my earplugs in. My mom told me it would be loud, and she was pretty convincing. 'Get on Your Boots' was spectacular live, as was 'Beautiful Day.' But when I heard 'I Still Haven't Found' coming up, I just thought, "I gotta take these plugs out!" And thats how it went for the rest of the concert. 'Elevation' was awesome, 'Unknown Caller' was there as I'd wished for. Until the End of the World was one of the best live songs in the whole show. City of Blinding Lights was perfect with the little girl running around with Bono. Larry, Adam and the Edge were wandering around the entire stage during the 'I'll go Crazy' remix, which was really cool. But the best moment of all was during the beginning of 'Streets', when Bono wrapped up 'Amazing Grace', and then suddenly everyone realized the Edge was beginning 'Streets'. And we all exploded! Moment of Surrender was sad, as I didn't want to see the band go! But it was all great. I hope to see the boys in Seattle!

Rattle and Ho Hum
The Vancouver concert was was mediocre. Horrible sound quality and half ass performances from Bono. The sprawling stage made the band feel remote from each other and from us. The only highlight was "Streets" b/c the house lights turned up and for 5 mins, the band didn't rely on that infernal video screen as a crutch for their otherwise lacking stage presence and crowd engagement. Try a smaller venue next time and bring some sound engineers. On their Pulse Tour, Pink Floyd made BC Place Stadium sound like a pair of Bose headphones.

AWESOME
Finally made it on the floor for a U2 show, and into the spaceship no less. in one word AWESOME. Just about as much fun as allowed by law

Vancouver Bliss!
When U2 was touring with the Joshua Tree album in 1987, I was determined to go! However, my Mum put a kabash on my plans to drive from Southwest Washington to Vancouver, BC – it was only 6 hours (one-way), what was the big deal? I guess the big deal was that I had only had my license less than a year – parents just don’t understand ;) However, alas, 22 years later, I made it to a Vancouver BC show!!! Though I have seen the band play numerous times before, this show was amazing! Hearing "I Still Haven't Found What I Am Looking For", "With or Without You" and "Unforgettable Fire" opened a floodgate of memoires! Bono sang his heart out and by the end of the show; it showed as his voice was fading. The energy he brings to the shows is truly infectious and I, along with 60,000+ other fans did not want it to end! Bono seemed to be in a reminiscing mood as he thanked Mrs. the Edge for hauling them around to gigs in her VW Van; thanking Larry for starting the band and then having a group hug at the end “It’s getting emotional up here” was Bono’s last comment, and indeed you could see it! It was indeed a memorable show! Looking forward to 2010 - I already have my tickets for the Oakland show and I am looking forward to Seattle as well!
Happy 6th Anniversary!!
Guys, My wife and I had been looking forward to this all year! I guess it'd glazed past me that it was only a couple day before my wife and my anniversary on the 1st of November. I'm sure you hear it all the time, but now I've got all those songs and a couple Black Eyed peas songs stuck in my mind as at least a little romantic and smile-making. We had a FANTASTIC time with one of our best friends all topped off with a batch of Wendy's fries and a quick walk back to bed. Thanks everyone for all the amazing work you do to give me and the rest of us a good reason to smile. You help us think about things in a different light and influence our perspectives on things to develop a greater sense of responsability and respect. From a couple of YWAMers... Thanks B&J Tangvald

U2: The Religious Experience
I'd never seen U2 play live before, although I've been a fan for about a decade. When I lined up at 7 on Wednesday morning, though, I already knew it would be worth every second of waiting. I was right. The experience was one I will never forget. I stood in the front row of the pit, mere feet from the four people I admire most in the world, and sang every song. It was transcendent--the best moment of my life. I'll never be the same after watching them live.

Amazing
I have been waiting my whole life to see U2, have been a huge fan since my mom played them when I was growing up. There are not many moments in my life that their music was not there for! I saved for months so I could drive down to Vancouver and got awesome seats (not cheap either) . They definitely did not disappoint in Vancouver!!! Loved the spaceship set, the crowds, and of course the band!!!! I was beside myself with happiness at finally getting to see my favorite band in the whole world, live! Thanks guys for coming to Vancouver and making one of my lifetime dreams come true!!!! I am planning to repeat this awesome trip when you come back to Seattle in June!!!

On my birthday....
Was number 103 in line to see the show. Stood outside since 630 AM with all the fans. I spent my 32nd birthday outside with my close friends and family. I gotta say, for being totally exhausted after sitting in the cold for 11 hours, all i can really say is wow. I was in awe from the stage, to the people around us in the inner circle. Back rail:) I went with MY MOM!!! WHO YOU MUST UNDERSTAND would never do something like this in her life. But she just had to see U2 for ME on my birthday. Her response after the gig?? Can we go again?? So June 20, 2010.... Seattle here we come. Thank you to not only the band but to the crew who put the show together. It was beyond words and letting me share my birthday with my favourite four boys from Dublin.

Amazing!!
U2 rocked BC Place, again showing why they're the best band in the world. It was my wife's first U2 concert and she was blown away...just as I have been every time I've seen them. BC Place is unfortunately not the best venue for concerts, so I felt a little bad for the guys since the acoustics weren't great. Luckily U2 is so amazingly good live that it didn't really matter. The show was awesome and I just bought tickets to the Edmonton show next June. I can't wait to see them again...and this time in an open-air stadium so the sound should be amazing! Go see them in 2010...it's the best show you'll ever see!
