Dear Bono and U2, Plans have changed, but the fans love for you has not. I was planning on flying out to Anaheim and bought tickets for 6 shows this summer! I will make other plans until you're back. All weekend I couldn't stop thinking about Bono and his surgery - my husband had very similar surgery 4 years ago - excruciating pain - but is fully recovered now - we were looking forward to seeing the band in Toronto - but Bono's health is top priority...please follow doctor's orders and get well....we want you back !!!

Thank you for the update! Having had back problems, I can't stress enough how important it is to be religious about the physical therapy and rest... What is important is Bono's return to full health. I will certainly miss not seeing the band in Seattle in June but I can wait...It will only increase my anticipation. I am especially looking forward to hearing Magnificent as that song has been very meaningful to me.... My prayers are with Bono's recovery and the band's creative processes on the new songs. FD

Thank you for you message Edge. You have no idea how worried we were. Bono didn´t disappointed us. He will, if he doesn’t take care of himself! You guys are always with us, it´s time we be there for you, holding as much as it takes for the concerts… we know we will see you soon, our only concern is Bono to recover soon. The world need him well! I truly believe that if they were a thousand “Bonos”, de world would be a much better place.

Thank you, Edge, for taking the time to send such a personal message. In a time of medical emergency it is very heartening for longtime fans such as myself to hear from a member of the band directly. As a die hard follower for 25 years let it be said that the tour is the last thing on the minds of true fans. May you all surround Bono with care and some tough love and see that he recovers as he should.
