The Chinese know all about the benefits of Green Tea, they've been drinking it for at least 3,000 years. The Japanese picked it up from them a few hundred years later and today it's so ubiquitous in Japan it's now known simply as 'tea..

Famous for its health benefits, green tea is high in antioxidants and low in caffeine. The longer you brew it, the better it is for you... and it's best of all if you don't use tea bags. It's all in the leaves.

So while the band plays on, Adam brews up.
