I had only heard Fire ( on top of the pops) i was unaware of The Boy , my friend Hugh got me the ticket, it wasn't full, but a brilliant gig , such energy !!!!!!!! Bono wore the same sleeveless jacket as the video for Gloria !!! Went out and bought Fire with the free live single ( Electric Co ) still got it, went to see them 8 times after .

I was 15 first U2 concert #HOOKED FOR LIFE

Three days before my 18th birthday this was the first of many times I've seen U2 in concert.

its called oceana now. nice nightclub. loved to have been there that night... but i was 5!.
